At Sunripe Farms Rwanda we have a team of over 30 staff members working to support our mission. From the agronomists to technicians farmers our staff pursues excellence in all that they do.

Born: Nyeri, Kenya
Years at the farm: 6
Role: Manager
Future plans: William is looking forward to developing and expanding Sunripe Farms to the local, regional and international fresh produce industry. Over the next 3 years, he’d like to see Sunripe grow more sustainably and set an example to other small farms.
William loves working with other young, motivated employees. He has a curious nature and enjoys finding locally-based solutions to both personal problems as well as for the organizations he is fortunate enough to work with.

Role: Sales and Head of Quality Control
Future Plans: Amoni hopes to study further, develop the food and safety department at Sunripe, and eventually marry and have a family.
Amoni loves that he works in his field of education/profession. He also loves working with a united and well coordinated team where the owners of Sunripe listen to employees and exchange ideas.

Future plans: Hope wants to further her education and eventually open her own beauty parlor.
Hope is so proud of the quality products at the farm, the strong leadership, and the close-knit community atmosphere.
Hope has a positive attitude and is always sharing her joy with others.

Role: Greenhouse supervisor.
Future Plans: Efeta plans to own his own greenhouse.
Efeta loves the promotions the farm offers such as daily laborers being made permanent staff and the training the farm provides its employees.

Years at farm: 4 years
Role: Agronomist
Future plans: Buy a plot of land in one year and eventually build a home for his family. He hopes to one day own an exotic cow, have a banana plantation in his hometown and start a pig farm.
Eduard enjoys the unity and brotherhood of Sunrlpe Farms workers, He is energetic, and his flexibility allows him to do any kind of work. He looks forward to being self-employed in the future and owning a farm of exotic cattle.
